Why is there no per-seat pricing?+
Seat pricing punishes you for hiring. Our prospect-volume caps scale with revenue instead — add the second SDR without rebuying the tool.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next renewal. Unused prospects do not roll over.
What counts as a prospect?+
A unique contact pulled from any of the six channels and stored in your workspace. Bounced or suppressed contacts do not count.
How does the free trial work?+
Fourteen days, no card required. Fifty prospects included. Founding-five customers lock $99/mo on Pro forever (first five only).
Do you charge for failed sends?+
Only successful sends count toward your monthly cap. Hard bounces and complaints are absorbed by us.
Can I bring my own LLM?+
Yes — on Scale and Agency we accept OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter API keys with bring-your-own-key pricing.
